hosting a party can get expensive when buying drinks for the whole group. in order to cut cost, but still host a great party, i turn to pimm’s. pimm’s is an import from the united kingdom. if you want a colorful, fruity cocktail that is not too sweet, pimm’s cup is your new best friend.
pimm’s cup is typically a summer drink, best enjoyed on the beach, at a tailgate, or by the pool. hope you enjoy this drink as much as i do! if making this recipe in larger quantities, stick to a one-to-one ratio, pimm’s to soda.
- 1.5 c. Pimm’s No. 1
- 1.5 c. ginger ale or sprite (lemon-lime soda)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3/4 c. mint, packed
- handful of strawberries, raspberries, or other fruit, sliced
in a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the Pimm’s, fruit, cucumber, and mint. chill for about 10 minutes.
